Omron NX Distributed Safety Controller
The Omron NX distributed safety system is a extremely flexible safety network using the Omron NJ automation controller with its inbuilt EtherCAT network. The Omron NX series slice I/O can be mixed with standard NX I/O and freely distributed on any network node using the Omron XN-ECC slice I/O coupler. With up to 192 nodes and a distance of up to 100m between nodes, the Omron NX safety network is extremely flexible, cost effective and simple to use.
