Omron NJ Automation Controller
One Controller
The Omron NJ Automation Controller integrates Motion, Safety, Logic Sequencing, Vision and Networking into one common platform. The NJ is programmed using Omrons all new Sysmac Studio. This enables a true Integrated Development Environment which includes a custom 3D motion simulation tool. The Omron NJ controller comes standard with EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP network connections. These 2 network connections allow a perfect match between fast, real time machine control and data plant management. 
One Software
Omron has developed the all new Sysmac Studio with the aim of turning machine programmers into machine creators. Cutting programming, debugging and setup time when programming is the ultimate goal. For this Sysmac Studio offers the One software for the complete machine. A software that only needs to be learnt once, programmed, tested and tuned as one and secured as a whole. 
Safety Control
The Sysmac Automation platform integrates a safety solution within our one connection and one software concept. One connection is realised through the use of Safety over EtherCAT -FSoE- protocol. Sysmac Studio is used for safety configuration, programming and maintenance. The NX safety system consists of a safety controller and safety I/O units.
